The noise from nearby nightlife can be quite disruptive during the night!!! It would be nice if the hotel had clearer signage for parking to avoid confusion. Additionally, rooms could use better daylight access!!!

My stay was delightful with the hotel being centrally located, just a few steps from the Galzig Cable Car and numerous dining options like Hannes Schneider and Cafe VILLAGE, making it perfect for exploring and grabbing a bite after a day outdoors. the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere that made the evenings enjoyable with live music from the piano bar too, though the parking directions could use a bit more clarity.
